In a central transport system, small details make big differences. FERLIN hopper loaders are packed with cleverness.

For example, there is a fall protection on the lid so that it cannot fall on the fingers of the operator. Due to a clever design, we do not use rubber with our mesh filter. What’s not there can’t be broken. The bottom valve is closed on metal and sealed with a rubber. This rubber is also mounted as it should be, without glue and not under tension. This extends the life of this rubber enormously and replacing this rubber has become a job of seconds. After all, no glue residues need to be removed.

All in all, all these clever features make these hopper loaders the most robust and maintenance-friendly on the market.

MOVAC stands for moving vacuum and is the name used for Ferlin’s first granulate transport systems. After years of absence, Ferlin has once again decided to develop the transport systems in order to offer the customer the same benefits as with our GRAVIMIX. We had insufficient influence on the developments needed to be able to connect to practice, so we decided to develop our own transport system, resulting in a transport system that connects seamlessly to our GRAVIMIX. This way we can also offer the user-friendliness and reliability that you are used to from us with your transport system.

Turn it on yourself, turn it off yourself. No surprises in between. Durable products that keep on working, despite frequent use, make life easy. Good tools are needed to make good products. As a supplier of peripheral equipment, we realize all too well that our customer prefers not to be busy with our machines. The chance of failures with v-rings is minimized, so a small part has a major impact on trouble-free and continuous production. After all, it concerns the injection moulding, extrusion or blow molding process.
