The purpose of the AIR MIX KIT function is to exploit, whenever possible, the outside air temperature to take advantage of a mixed air to be able to work without using a chiller, ie without energy consumption.

In this way, the free cooling function is activated and the compressors stop automatically, using a free energy source but with a very strict control thanks to the technology developed by EUROCHILLER.

AMK’s technology therefore enables a significant reduction in energy consumption, which means lower costs.

AMK1
Suitable for ABF from size 10 to 30 Maximum.
Airflow rate: 3,000 m3/H

AMK2
Suitable for ABF from size 40 to 200 Maximum.
Airflow rate 20,000 m3/H

WINTER OPERATION:
When the outdoor air temperature falls below the set value for a certain time, the chiller will only operate in the free-cooling mode. When the temperature of the outside air decreases further, the microprocessor activates the mix of the outside air with the indoor air.

MIDDLE SEASON OPERATION:
It is obtained by combining the free cooling system with the mechanical cooling system. Operation of the unit in free-cooling mode is activated when the outside air temperature is 5 °C lower than that of the user.

SUMMER OPERATION:
When the outside air temperature is higher than that of the user, the cooling capacity is imparted by the work of the compressors; the free cooling system remains active to optimize chiller performance.
