The Gammaflux LEC temperature controller or hotrunner cabinet is designed for smaller hotrunner applications and comes with enclosures for 2,6 and 12 zones.

The network module allows you to link two 6- or 12-zone cabinets together for up to 24 control zones. The modular design of the LEC hot runner cabinet makes removing, inserting and replacing control cards easy!

All Gamma Flux temperature controllers use Triangulated Control Technology.
With this unique technology, these controllers do the following:

  • Sense
    20 times per second, Gammaflux controllers accurately measure thermocouple.
  • Control
    The self-optimizing Gammaflux PID² control algorithm adjusts if the actual temperature deviates 0.1° F (0.05° C) from the setpoint. The second derivative (PID²) monitors the actual temperature change. Consequently, the LEC module regulates the output to the heater before the setpoint is reached to reduce or eliminate over- or under-running.
    The second line (PID²) controls the rate at which the actual temperature changes. This means that the hot box module of the LEC controls the output to the heating element before the preset value is reached, to prevent over- or under-running.
  • Activate
    The Gamma Flux controller uses the phase angle controlled output to deliver smooth and precise power to each heating element in 0.24 VAC increments for the ultimate in temperature control.
