Mold clamping system

For some dies, not only the clamping systems need to be connected, but also the ejector system. With EAS’s simple and effective ejector couplings, no more valuable time is wasted manually connecting that system. That now happens automatically.

EAS Ejector Coupler
The couplings can be hydraulic or pneumatic. When the single-acting cylinder is pressurized, the system is disengaged.

EAS offers ejector couplings for Euromap machines and ejection couplings for SPI machines.

AN EASY TO USE SINGLE ACTING CYLINDER THAT LASTS AND IS EASY TO OPERATE.

EAS ejector couplings have a floating design to compensate for increased misalignment between the ejector coupling and the male counterpart on the moving die side. These couplings are typically used in conjunction with quick-release die clamping systems, making them easy to assemble and quick to set up.

MCE Ejector Coupling

With the MCE ejector coupling, when loading the mold, the machine ejector plate is automatically connected to the mold ejector.

WCE Emission Link

For machines with a US SPI plate configuration, EAS has designed the SPI exhaust couplings to be used with the 1? and 2? SPI ejection patterns, without plate adjustment.

Also available as a single acting hydraulic cylinder.

Feel free to contact us for more specifications of the MCE and WCE ejector couplings, or for more information about the pneumatic applications.

With the EAS ejector coupling, when loading the mold, the machine ejector plate is automatically connected to the mold ejector. The MEM is the male part for use with the female MCE ejector cylinder. The MEM comes in different sizes depending on the type of MCE cylinder being used.
MCE ejector couplings are designed for Euromap plastic injection molding machines. The ejector coupling is mounted on the central ejector cylinder of the machine. The stroke of the ejector cylinder connects the MCE cylinder to the male part on the die.
