The special grinder for the demanding user
The mills of the Xtra series are equipped with toothed rollers, and are therefore very suitable for brittle breaking materials. Plastic sprues and parts are pre-comminuted by means of massive pre-crushers; then they are broken to the final size by the toothed rollers without sieve. This series offers many advantages over the C-series grinders, especially when it comes to brittle material or small diameter sprues, especially when it comes to the quality of the regrind. The problem of sharp skewers does not arise when grinding long, thin sprues; moreover, the regrind contains less dust in the case of brittle-breaking material.
The appliances from the Xtra series are also very compact and can be easily cleaned. The hardened cutting components made of high-quality alloy steel guarantee a long service life, even when grinding abrasive plastics. The grinding mills with toothed rollers are available in different versions, and can also be easily adapted according to the specific wishes of the customer.
