Our mobile dry air dryers are designed for optimal drying of hygroscopic granules with a dry air volume of 55, 75 and 100 m3/h.
The new dryer control automatically adjusts to the amount of material and the capacity of the equipment.
In addition, up to 40% energy can be saved by selecting an appropriate program.
The operator is intuitively guided through the menu by the control touchscreen, and they can monitor and adjust all operating conditions such as temperature, time setting, drying time, etc.
The time control makes it possible to start drying before production starts, so that a sufficient amount of dry material is always available when needed

HOT AIR DRYER

Warm air dryers are very simple appliances. The material is fed into a drying funnel where warm air is supplied from the bottom. The warm air rises through the material and thus heats up the grains; the released moisture is absorbed by the warm air before it leaves the funnel at the top. The humidity of the ambient air used to dry the material is of decisive importance for the drying result. When that ambient air is dry, the dryer functions better, but the humidity of the ambient air is never constant, and it is rarely low enough. The warm air dryer is not suitable for drying hygroscopic materials.

MOBILE DRY AIR DRYERS

The dry air dryer is a bit more complicated. The air circulates between a drying funnel and a dryer in a closed circuit, so that the humidity can be kept constantly low. The desiccant is regenerated at regular intervals by means of warm air, and the moisture in the dryer is released to the ambient air. The moisture is removed from one hygroscopic material (the plastic) and is then released into another hygroscopic material (the desiccant) before being released to the ambient air.
