From certain machine sizes, injection molding machines, certainly in the withdrawal zone but also in the zone after that, use more energy than in the other zones. So savings are possible here!

The advantage is enormous, especially when the zones are not insulated. Energy costs money and dealing with energy today also has to be more environmentally conscious. (less energy, lower CO2 emissions)

Operation
An induction heating system consists of an HF power source and an induction loop (winding). The power supply sends a high frequency alternating current through this winding and generates an alternating magnetic field. This alternating field induces eddy currents in the steel and these currents heat the steel.
