BDC: Replacement of low-frequency filter media for blown film and casting lines.
BDC static filters are designed for use on extrusion and coextrusion lines for blown film and cast film production. Used when filter media does not require frequent replacement and production downtime can be minimized due to the large available filter surface area. Easily integrated by simple adapters, are available for extruders with screws ∅ 60 to ∅ 160 mm.
BDR: Static filters for extrusion coating lines.
Static filters BDR, are designed to be used on extrusion coating lines for applying plastic film coating to non-polymer based substrates.
Available with filter masses from ∅ 60 to ∅ 160 mm, the plate filter holder is equipped with a mechanical seal that prevents any leakage of polymer, during the working phase. Downstream of the filter, a needle valve is used to control polymer flow from 20 to 100%.
