The type of sieve exchangers BDP is characterized by simple design, ergonomics and rationality with which they are designed. They represent the hydraulic evolution of manual sieve changers and are suitable for processing highly sensitive polymers thanks to the specific temperature control of each filter holder. If necessary, the hand pump can be mounted separately for reasons of space or location. Available with filter masses from Ø 45 to Ø 160 mm is equipped with a cable duct at the bottom that directs power cables and thermocouples into a junction box located next to the hydraulic cylinder. This prevents dangerous overheating of the electrical system and ensures maximum reliability.
