Acquisition of MOULDSHOP.NL from 4Moulding to AJ Solutions
We are pleased to share an important milestone with you: AJ Solutions will take over the web shop www.mouldshop.nl from 4Moulding, Gerrit van de Ven’s company, effective February 1, 2025.
What does this mean for you?
Mouldshop.co.uk is known for its extensive range of high-quality supplies for the plastics industry. Through this acquisition AJ Solutions further expands its offering with Mouldpro products, so that we can serve you even better with a complete range of products and solutions for your production processes. From February 1, 2025, you will be able to contact AJ Solutions for all your orders in the Benelux via the familiar webshop.
Why this acquisition?
- Our current supplier BMS and new partner MouldPro (mother company of Mouldshop) are now part of the same investment group. This will enable us to maintain our current range for the most part and expand it even further.
