DOSING WITH THE FGB FLECS

Ferlin has developed the GRAVIMIX Easy Clean System dosing mixing systems for efficient and accurate dosing of dry and free-flowing thermoplastic materials. The emphasis has been on being able to switch quickly between materials, which is why we have developed a simple cleaning system. This makes this machine extremely user-friendly and developed with the science of practice in mind.

GRIP, INSIGHT AND CONTROL

Due to the constant dosing accuracy, the percentage of additives can be reduced to a minimum, without compromising the quality of the end product. In addition, this machine can be expanded with the FerlinBridge, so that all consumption data can be linked to, for example, a MES system. VERSIONS AND SOLUTIONS

The FGB FLECS is supplied as standard for dosing up to 4-6 components. The units are made entirely of stainless steel and the removable funnels are fitted with newly designed vertical dosing slides. The unique mixing chamber with integrated mixer and closing slide is completely removable. This version can also be expanded with our transport system, which has the same characteristics. This provides a complete solution.

ECONOMICAL AND USER-FRIENDLY

With the Easy Clean System it is no longer necessary to disassemble the hopper fillers to remove a hopper. This is done without tools. So that it is ideally suited in an environment where materials are regularly exchanged. In addition, there is a level sensor outside the mixing chamber that monitors the entire cycle. This makes it possible to reduce the percentage of additives to a minimum, resulting in economic benefits.
