All Gamma Flux temperature controllers use Triangulated Control Technology. With this unique technology, these controllers do the following:

Measuring – 20 times per second, Gamma Flux controllers accurately measure the thermocouple;
Control – Gammaflux’s self-optimizing PID² control algorithm adjusts when the actual temperature deviates 0.05°C from the set value. The second line (PID²) controls the rate at which the actual temperature changes. This means that the G24 hot box module controls the output to the heating element before the preset value is reached to prevent over- or under-run.
Output – Using phase control, the Gamma Flux controller delivers smooth and precise power to each change element in 0.24 VAC increments for exceptional temperature control.
