HoliPress

HoliPress

HoliPress, the manual plastic injection press!

HoliPress is an innovative tool that melts plastic materials and then sprays them into molds using hand power.
And aims to make small-sized plastic parts (currently max. 16 cm3) in small batches (10 to 500 pieces).

This injection press is designed for R&D departments, SMEs, FabLabs and CleanLabs, as well as the education sector.

HoliPress combines the productivity and quality of industrial plastic injection with the flexibility of 3D printing.
And allows a wide range of plastics with very different properties to be melted (up to a temperature of 350°C) and injected into molds.

It enables small batch prototyping and the production of high-quality industrial parts in many fields:

  • Engineering and product design (mechanics, clocks, cars, electronics, etc.).
  • Health and pharmaceutical industry
  • Communication
  • Education and training

HoliPress is primarily used with thermoplastic materials (which melt by heat).
And can inject the main plastic materials on the market.

Part size mainly depends on injectable volume (16cm3) and injectable thickness.
Depending on the viscosity of the materials, thicknesses between 0.3 and 6 mm are possible.
Thanks to its design flexibility, HoliPress has no limitation in mold size.

No training is required to use HoliPress.
The press comes with a machined mold that allows you to inject a first part minutes after unpacking!
