The extremely dry air from the DAS is transported to the sealed mold room; this significantly increases the productivity and quality of your products. As a result, no condensation forms on your cooled mold or on plastic parts.

Eisbär guarantees that cooling water with a temperature of 0 °C (or higher) can be used without condensation forming on the dies.
In close cooperation with the customer, we offer compact individual and energy-saving central solutions.

FUNCTION
Through the combination of condensation drying and adsorption drying, dew point temperatures of up to -30 °C are achieved.
This means low cooling water temperatures at the mold and thus faster cycle times.

In addition to full function control, the DAS offers energy savings thanks to heat recovery (Recusorb) and power control based on the dew point in the mold zone.
