Grinding & pelletizing in one

OMNIA solutions include a powerful granulator and/or shredder fully synchronized with an Optima or Velox pelletizing line.

Shredder/Granulator: We integrate equipment from leading European brands that offers excellent performance and durability. Its function is to reduce the size of the material to be recycled in order to obtain maximum productivity in the pelletizing line.

Intermediate silo: allows intermediate storage of shredded/ground material. In this way we ensure a constant supply of the extruder and we avoid complete standstill of the line while, for example, performing maintenance tasks on one of the main equipment.

Dispensers: we offer the possibility to integrate gravimetric or volumetric dispensers for adding additives such as pigments, CaCO3, Master, etc.

Velox/Optima pelletizing machine: Finally, we add one of our Velox or Optima pelletizing lines to obtain the best quality pellets.
