Screw Die Clean emulsion fluid is a premium product suitable for cleaning screws and cylinders, injection molds or extrusion filters.
This purge mix or cleaning granules with the SDC is a perfect mix that you can use directly on injection machines and/or extruders.

Can also be perfectly used to polish surfaces.
Removes burned material that has adhered around the screw !
Ideal for this are our copper pads or brass tools.
Best use: 800ml (1 bottle) per 25kg bag.
Mix 2% to 3% with your granules. Mix until dry around the plastic granules.
Set the temperature about 10% to 15% lower than the current temperature.
For extreme color change or soiling, leave on for up to 10 minutes, NEVER a whole day!
