The Indus Neva Big Bag Handling and Storage System is a unique system for easy filling, safe internal and external transport, efficient stacked storage and easy disposal (with dosing and cutting capability through the slide) of solids packed in Big Bags.
The Indus Neva System consists of a robust bowl-shaped bottom section with a slide in the middle for (metered) unloading and 4 steel posts with special plastic feet and heads for fixing the Big Bag and for safe stacking of the systems.
Each container can be loaded up to 1500 kg. A major advantage of Big Bag containers is that they are very easy to stack, up to 4 containers high. The tubular pallets make the Big Bags extra sturdy and easy to move with a forklift. The Big Bags are positioned straight as you tension the loops on the hooks of the tubes. Also convenient: the pallets feature a slide to easily unload your load. The pallets themselves are also stackable and have holes where you can place the tubes, when you are not using the Big Bag containers.
Dimensions
The Indus Neva System is most suitable for Big Bags /FIBCs with a minimum height of 40 cm and a maximum height of 230 cm.
The length and width of the Big Bag / FIBC should preferably be around 95 x 95 cm.
