CHARACTERISTICS:

• Horizontal “Dolly Carousel” involves counting the IMM-shaped items to be stored in each container.
• Upon reaching the current quantity, the “Dolly Carousel” rotates the containers so that an empty container is placed in the cargo hold.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Carousel storage system for filling boxes of standard size 400×600 mm
• The boxes are placed on mobile platforms, all of the same predetermined size, attached to a central chain.
• The boxes can be filled using a robotic arm or a conveyor belt.
• The boxes are filled one by one, so that each box change (the next empty box replaces the one just filled in the loading position) corresponds to a platform move.
• The correct placement of the next empty box is ensured by a blocking device
• Carousel complete with Genius control panel:
• The logic involves counting the shape cycles to be stored in each container. Once the set quantity is reached, the carousel rotates the containers until the next empty container is placed in the loading position.
