Ferlin has developed the GRAVIMIX dosing/mixing system FGB 5 for efficient and accurate dosing of dry and free-flowing thermoplastic materials. Ferlin has used ease of use and continuity as the most important principles when developing the GRAVIMIX. This makes the machine extremely reliable and easy to clean.

GRIP, INSIGHT AND CONTROL
The system weighs very accurately and displays the weight of each component in 0.1 or 1 gram, depending on the type of control. In addition, this machine can be expanded with the FerlinBridge, so that all consumption data can be linked to, for example, a MES system. IMPLEMENTATION AND SOLUTIONS
Due to the modular construction of the FGB 5 series, many different versions are possible, with a maximum of 6 hoppers with dosing slides. Parts that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel. This version can also be expanded with our transport system, which has the same characteristics. This provides a complete solution.
ECONOMICAL AND USER-FRIENDLY
Because the design of the mixing chamber consists of one piece, the machine can be cleaned quickly and easily. This can be removed without the use of tools. This is also possible with the residual material still in it. Removable funnels are optionally available, so that a quick change of materials is also possible with the FGB 5.
